The Challenge of Industrial Cleaning
The most obvious difference from standard office cleaning is the type and volume of dirt involved. Production floors accumulate dust, grease, and debris from the manufacturing process. Warehouse areas generate their own particular mix of grime depending on what is being stored and moved.
Cleaning in these environments also has to work around the operation. In many sites, production runs throughout the week and the cleaning team needs to work in areas that are in use.

Most manufacturing sites have office areas alongside the production floor, and these need a different standard of cleaning to the industrial spaces. Decision makers, clients, and visitors use these areas, and they should look and feel like a professional office rather than an extension of the factory floor.

High footfall staff facilities in industrial settings need more frequent attention than in a standard office. Canteens serving large teams at shift change times generate more mess in a shorter window than an office kitchen used throughout the day.
