Mobile Cleaner required to cover Aylesbury and surrounding areas.

Aston Commercial Cleaning are looking for great people to join their team as mobile cleaners. The ideal person will have some cleaning experience but also enjoy the variety that this role brings.

If you don’t have experience but are prepared to learn and possess a good work ethic, let’s talk.

Duties to include covering various sites for holidays & sickness, assisting with deep cleans and assisting with new contracts.

Full training will be provided on all sites. We will not send you to a site without an induction.

Flexible hours / times but should be available evenings (normally between 4pm and 9pm) – this is our busiest time. Times will vary.

Some early mornings and very occasional weekend work (not essential).

Work can sometimes be at short notice (for sickness cover).

£16 per hour – Wages paid monthly into your bank.

This is an employed position but would consider a self employed person.

Working hours will fluctuate, some weeks will be busier than others. Could be anything from 10 hours to 25+ hours per week depending on workload so flexibility is key.

You must have use of your own vehicle initially (mileage will be paid). A company van may be provided after a 3 month probationary period for the right candidate.

We can guarantee a minimum of 10 to 15 hours per week.

More hours could be available if required to bump up hours with a regular job (to be discussed).

Full training will be provided at all sites.

The Person:

Must be reliable, trustworthy and organised with a great work ethic.

Experience preferred but not essential.

Own transport required (higher rate of pay to allow for fuel & travel between sites).

Company vehicle may be provided in the future.

You will be required to work at sites across Aylesbury, Thame, Tring, Leighton Buzzard, Hemel Hempstead, Amersham areas. Occasionally jobs will be slightly further afield (travel expenses paid).

Ideally we are looking for you to become an important and integral part of our team. The role will start off providing holiday and sickness cover to our existing team and assisting on deep cleans which will give you an opportunity to learn each of our sites.

Our company and customer portfolio is growing so the opportunity will be there for you to move into a supervisory or management role in the future if desired.
